Refund Policy

Learn how pre-order deposits, full orders, and warranty claims are handled. Last updated April 2026.

1. Pre-Order Deposits

All pre-order deposits ($199) are fully refundable within 30 days of the deposit date. After 30 days, deposits may be transferred to another customer upon request but are non-refundable.

To request a refund of your deposit, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. Full-Price Orders

Once production begins on your E-XC unit (you will be notified via email), cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and manufacturing costs already incurred.

Before production begins, full refunds are available within 14 days of payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Units

If your E-XC arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the unit or its components at no cost to you. Please document the issue with photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Wear-and-tear, user-induced damage, or modifications to the unit void this coverage.

4. Return Shipping

In cases where a return is authorized, Frigid Dynamics will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Units must be returned in their original packaging with all components included.

Returns without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $150.

5. Warranty Claims

The E-XC is covered by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
